Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Any adjustments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 late fee.

To modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us directly via phone or email. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

To protect the quality of your service and respect the schedules of other guests, we offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to complete your service. In these instances, the appointment may need to be canceled and a $50 fee will apply.

Refund Policy

All services performed at our salon are final and non-refundable. Completing your service and leaving the premises indicates full acceptance of the final result. This policy applies to all offered services.

Child Safety Policy

While we adore families, the salon environment contains sharp tools, chemicals, and specialized equipment, as well as continuous active procedures. Because we do not have child care staff or designated play areas, unsupervised children present a significant safety risk.

To ensure a safe and relaxing atmosphere for everyone, we ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service themselves. Minors receiving services must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times and be able to sit comfortably through their treatment.

Pet Policy

In strict compliance with State Board and Consumer Affairs regulations, animals and pets are strictly prohibited inside the salon facility at any time (with the exception of official service animals).
